COVID-19 UPDATE as of May 2022

As we continue to navigate safety through COVID-19 and understand the importance of accessibility, we are offering limited in-person sessions at each counsellor’s discretion, with the majority of sessions continuing to be virtual at this time.

We encourage potential clients to ask the potential counsellor or supervisor about their approach to their work, their values, and identities, to identify if their skill set matches your needs, and assess whether they are someone who feel comfortable with. [Student Counsellors] Lower-Cost Counselling

Lower-cost counselling services are provided by Student Counsellors who are completing their counselling education. Lower-cost counselling services are provided by Student Counsellors who are completing their counselling education. Sam Kaplan (Expressive Wellness), Sandra Suasnabar, and Luisa Ospina provide practicum student counsellors with clinical supervision via our practicum program to ensure clients receive ethical support. Student counsellors are available to work with individuals, relationships, families, children, and teens.

Our student counsellors offer lower-cost in-person and virtual services at sliding scale rates. Lower-cost rates are fixed and include 5% GST. Clients can choose a rate within the range that is accessible to them.
50-Minute Individual Session: $25—$75
75-Minute Individual Session: $35—$100
50-Minute Relationship Session: $50—$125
75-Minute Relationship Session : $60—$150

Our Counsellors provide virtual services and can support you from the comfort of your own personal space, increasing accessibility to counselling. Clinical Supervision and Consultation

Clinical supervision is a process that enhances growth and increases skills for counsellors. Through consultations with a supervisor, counsellors are able to increase their competency to provide ethical and relevant services for clients.

Supportive Conversations are not counselling sessions but space for support and consultation.
